AIESEC offers youth the opportunity to volunteer or intern abroad, take part in leadership experiences, and participate in a global learning environment.

    Go Volunteer

Go Volunteer involves working on community development projects with other youth abroad. The projects involve creating and facilitating seminars and activities for young people around subjects like cultural education and career development, allowing you to have a direct positive impact on communities while gaining an intense cultural experience.

    Go Teach

Go Teach involves a professional working experience abroad in the field of language education. It involves working for schools or language institutions to teach English to youth and adults, giving you the opportunity to apply and develop your professional working skills in a foreign cultural environment.

    Go Lead

Go Lead involves practical team experience that develops leadership abilities by running a global organisation. It provides a platform for you to apply your university education in a practical experience whilst increasing global awareness and cultural understanding. In the program, you will first join AIESEC Macquarie as a team member within a portfolio, opening up further opportunities to build your leadership journey.

Lead, discover and inspire this winter by going on an AIESEC Exchange

    Danielle Briones, Ukraine

“You helped me realise that being successful in life is not about the money or pleasing my parents but it is to make those important choices for me…to make me happy”.

These words from a student as tears rolled down her face after one of my several presentations was the moment which changed my entire internship experience. This was the moment when I realised that what I was teaching did make a difference in someone else’s life.

    Sophie Theodoros, Greece

This exchange is a truly unforgettable experience, and it has really inspired me as a young person to make as much positive impact in the world, wherever I am.

I guess now you could call me a real AIESECer!

    Savannah Nguyen, India

6 weeks of AIESEC exchange programm to India, though it was just a short time but it was one of the most memorable time in my life. My whole perception about the world has been broadened. I worked for Pahal NGOs. My main job is to teach child-labour children Mathematics and English. But in fact, i was being taught. Those lovely kids showed me the pure joy of learning.

    Xiaoliang Wu, Poland

After the exchange program, I am more confident about myself and I feel more independent in life.

    Suzy Le, Poland

After participating in an AIESEC exchange for two months, I have had some amazing friends, numerous unforgettable memories, knowledge about lives in different countries, explored and developed myself as well as positively influenced the world.
No one has given me courage to get out of my comfort zone. I find it myself. If I am able to do it, you also can.

    Ellen Cheng, Czech Republic

This unforgettable journey gave me a lot of inspirations and a better understanding of different cultures around the world and their values.
